	Language certificate (this is to be used by IB students only if other than English language confirmation from SJO is needed) Also other language certificates could be substituted (e.g. Cervantes Institute for Spanish language competence and so on)

	Erasmus+ Scholarship Fellowship Form – to be submitted at the time student has been qualified for the exchange. Time for submission as indicated by deadline. IMPORTANT! Failure to submitt will result in removal from the exchange program.

	Documents to complete after the qualification - preparation for the mobility

Each student should prepare two documents: Learning Agreement and Addendum
